Disfunktional is a four-piece DJ collective rooted in house music and the culture that surrounds it. Founded by MIKEONE alongside Andre Leone, Delish and Le Mew, the crew connects backgrounds and influences spanning Newcastle, Cleveland, Maui and New York City.

Their sound moves between the foundations of house and its more forward-thinking edges: deep, raw, soulful, hypnotic and built for the dancefloor. Rather than chasing trends, Disfunktional focuses on selection, flow and the long arc of a set, creating tension, release and movement with purpose.

Over the past several years, Disfunktional has built a strong presence in Cleveland through regular residencies, club nights and independent events, including a three-year run at Crobar. That local foundation has expanded into appearances in cities including Detroit, Chicago and New York, while the crew continues to build connections with like-minded artists, promoters and dancefloors beyond its home city.

Individually and collectively, members of Disfunktional have shared lineups with artists including Masters at Work, Todd Terry, DJ Sneak, Marshall Jefferson, Karizma, Demuir, DJ Minx, Terry Hunter, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, Roy Davis Jr., Gene Farris, Graeme Park, Chaos in the CBD, Marques Wyatt, Andy Caldwell, Steve Poindexter, Sasha & Digweed and others across clubs and festivals in the US, UK and Europe.

Beyond the booth, the crew's output includes original productions, edits, remixes and DJ mixes, with music appearing across radio, podcasts and streaming platforms.

At its core, Disfunktional is about substance over spectacle. The crew approaches the booth with intent, patience and respect for the dancefloor, drawing from house music's history without treating it as nostalgia. The result is a sound that feels rooted, current and unmistakably their own.
